Armstrong, the seven-time Tour de France winner, also has a sonMaxwith Hansen as well as a sonLukeand twin daughtersGraceandIsabellefrom his marriage toKristin Armstrong. He is the subject of a federal investigation that seems tied to possible illegal doping during  the time when he rode for the United States Postal Service team.
