JccJulio Cesar Chavez Jr. will get a middleweight world title shot against Germany'sSebastian Zbikon June 4 at either Dodger Stadium or Staples Center, Chavez's promoter,Bob Arum, said Thursday.

Arum said the card would be a tribute to Chavez's father, the former world champion who is scheduled to be inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame the next week. Chavez Sr. won his first world title at Los Angeles' Olympic Auditorium.

The promoter met with Dodger Stadium officials Tuesday and discussed a plan to place the boxing ring in right-center field, with seating for as many as 30,000 fans and tickets priced between $25 and $300. Arum said he expected a decision by stadium authorities by next week.

"It was an excellent meeting, and the card will be beefed up tremendously," Arum said.

Chavez (42-0-1, 30 KOs) fought Jan. 29 after pulling out of a December card at Honda Center due to sickness. In Zbik (30-0, 10 KOs), he'll meet a fighter making his U.S. debut after a slew of German dates, including a July interim WBC title bout againstJorge Sebastian Heiland. The belt was then given to Zbik when it was taken fromSergio Martinez

Arum said he planned to put new world lightweight championBrandon Rios' first title defense on the Los Angeles card, and was working to get NFL playerTommy Zbikowskiand former world championRafael Marquez in the ring, too.
